Geospatial Data Hub

The use of Earth Observation data is proving to be an effective tool for informed decision making, policy formulation, research, and creation of employment opportunities for the private sector, among other benefits.RSA is developing a Geospatial Hub to effectively leverage Earth Observation (EO) data for social and economic development. The Geospatial Hub will serve as a national center for Earth Observation data and solutions, providing a national-scale platform and program to democratize the capacity to process and analyze satellite data.

Teleport Ground Station

The Rwanda Space Agency (RSA) has made a significant investment to establish a teleport and satellite ground station in Rwanda. The purpose of the project is to provide reliable and efficient ground infrastructure for satellite operators and create new opportunities for the development of various applications that can contribute to the socio-economic development of Rwanda.
